Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at contact@tamaraandjus.com with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
